BUSINESS LEADERS ROCK’N’ROLL BAND (SK)

Business Leaders Rock’n’Roll Band is an exclusive matter! It is a bunch of top leading companies’ managers combined with professional musicians. This unique band was originally created because of one project, but the amount of invitations and the energy that connects people within caused that they continue in playing together. At our festival, the band will present the stellar line-up, consisting of “businessmen” Miroslav Trnka (bass), the founder of the globally successful company ESET, the awardee of State Honor and awards such as IT Personality of the Year, Enterpreneur of the Year and Manager of the Year and fan of punk music, Michele Bologna (saxophone and vocals), director of external relations of Slovenské elektrárne company, a member of Enel group, who took lessons of saxophone in childhood and says he used to play better that time than today :-), Ján Orlovský (percussion), a board office head and spokesman of ZSE, a president of the Association of Spokesmen of Slovakia and committed supporter of the third sector, whose talent for rhythm and “Karel Gott’s” movements get the show rollin’, Marek Gešo (drums), a marketing chief officer for nine countries at world leader in consulting and IT services Accenture, who has been banned singing in the choir at primary school because he misled bystanders, however he has had the best rhythm, and Richard Ďurana, a director of the most quoted economic think-tank INESS, to whom the guitar fills the free time during work, two children and four-hour sleep :-)

This unique and musically enthusiastic assembly is supported by four professional musicians, led by jazz singer and actress Lucia Lužinská, currently working at the project of musician and founder of the jazz.sk portal Boris Čellár called Quintessence, cooperated with such celebrities like Bobby McFerrin, Fritz Pauer and Milan Lasica, released three albums and feels the rock in her body, the legend of Czech-Slovak guitar and vocalist Peci Uherčík, the author of the hit “Loď do neznáma”, who played with everyone who means something on the stage, Maťo Máček, one of the best Slovak rock voices, member of the bands Babylon, Starmania Original or Big Bang, and the last but not least, Tono Kubasák, the legend of Slovakia big beat scene who has played with such aces like Andrej Šeban, Pavol Hammel, Robo Grigorov and many others. The fusion of top managers and top musicians – this is the right rock’n’roll!
