THEATRE oProti (SK): ... GET BEHIND THE DOOR!!!

This original school slapstick is about the chalk and the desk, about the definitions and inappropriate comments, about role models and dictations, about anti-role models and dictatorrship. About searching, doubting, happiness and game. About what stays before and what stays behind the door. In this play, on the background of funny and playful, yet absurd school situation, a conflict between the creative individual and the conservative system is shown. A fight between ideals and practice ensues. The destiny of the young pedagogue raises the question of how important it is, to be a thinking, critical and creative being. Or is it something else that is important? The play is based on authentic pedagogical experience of the authors, other teachers and quotes from various experts. The acting duo of Ján Hyža and Miroslava Čajová will present a shower of touching efforts of speech, voice and movement, accompanied by your outbursts of laughter.
