THE HOMELESS THEATRE (SK): KUCA PACA

An original play by the authentic and unique theatre ensemble shows that in the lives of those who are trying to rise from the bottom of the barrel, there is not only fear of the society and the future, but also enough humour, optimism and a fighting spirit. "Kuca Paca" is an engaging play with dance, masks and even rapping. The viewer is able to recieve the most important piece of information - "homeless" is just a label. A label borne by a person whose worth does not diminish by the loss of a home. The play was originally prepared by 4 actors and 1 actress, but gradually became a matter of all the members of the ensemble, because collaboration changes simple people without a home into true personalities. You are welcome at the 10th birthday party of the Homeless Theatre. A one-of-a-kind act of courage and determination.

The main goal of the Homeless Theatre is to work with the marginalised groups of citizens in a non-traditional art form, through theatre, permorance, song, and dance. It enables to illuminate various social issues that are overlooked in the commercial sphere. Alongside his colleagues, Patrik Krebs, the leader of the HT, connects the artistic with the social in order to break the socially present stereotypes against this minority. They celebrate their 10th birthday this year.
